Orthodontic Partners offers three convenient locations, in Reno and Sparks to better serve their patients. The office is normally open Monday through Friday and the hours vary so that we may offer a wider range of appointment times for the convenience of our patients. In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established our financial policy as follows:

If full payment is made at the onset of treatment, we provide a fee discount. If you have insurance, we will discount your portion of the fee that is not covered by insurance if payment is made at the time of service.
To fit the needs of our patients, a financial arrangement can be made to extend your payments over a period of months following an appropriate down payment.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

In cases of serious delinquency, treatment will be discontinued, although we will make every effort to accommodate our patients with temporary financial difficulties.

If you have insurance we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. To help expedite the insurance claim process, we ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us. The balance will be arranged for you to pay as listed above.

Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to Orthodontic Partners. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.

Orthodontic Partners patients are seen by appointment only. Please call our office at (775) 825-4804 or toll free (866) 499- 4804 in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. If possible please give us 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible for us to give your appointment to another patient.

Once you have an appointment with Orthodontic Partners, you can verify the time and location online.

Your initial appointment typically takes one hour. One of our highly trained staff will take a complimentary set of orthodontic photos and panoramic radiographs of your teeth. You will then meet with a treatment coordinator who will assist you and provide answers to all of your questions regarding treatment, insurance, payment plans, etc. At this time one of the three doctors will come in to do a complete and thorough examination. He will review your x-rays and photos and provide you with a diagnosis and treatment plan to treat your specific problem. You may print out the Patient Medical History form located at the bottom of this page and fill it out ahead of time to save time during your appointment.

We reserve a limited amount of time each day so that repairs to braces and appliances may be scheduled quickly. Please call us as early in the day as possible when you have problems with your braces or appliances.

Should you have an emergency (pain or swelling) after business hours or on weekends, please call our emergency line and one of our staff will assist you (775) 233-0282.
